July 28th and 29th, took a weekend trip over to Anaheim, Ca to watch the Angels play the Rays. The Rays won both games I saw.

next time I believe I will try to park in the front of the ballpark.

our hotel for the weekend Ayres Hotel Anaheim, was walking distance from the ballpark.

Before saturdays game we drove over to Griffith Observatory. Here is a few pictures of the view and building.

MTTS 2012 7/15

July 15th was the last day of Mini Takes the States. The rise & shine meet up was located just off of the Pacific Coast Hwy at Gladstones.

MTTS 2012 7/14

The next morning sis and I headed back to the Saguaro Hotel for the rise & shine rally. We arrived at the hotel around 8:30am and got our spot in line.

Atori with a few other minis, we were parked on a side street but still in line.

Lubos, decided to take him on the trip with us. He got lost of love from the mini folks.

The drive began at 9:30am and the long line of minis were escorted by the police to the freeway.

taking the 101 to the 202 and then the 10 all the way to L.A.

Arrived in L.A. around 4pm, made a quick stop at the Rose Bowl but most of the actives were over with by the time we arrived.

Our hotel for the night was Hotel Palomar, located in Westwood right next to Beverly Hills. I really enjoyed my stay here and would most likely stay here again. Best part, there was no pet fee.
